What You Can Expect
- Achieve sales and margin objectives for cytology and molecular diagnostic products in your territory.
- Identify and develop relationships with OB-GYNs, medical laboratory professionals, and key opinion leaders.
- Plan, prepare, and conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and educational sessions.
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers, including product training and troubleshooting.
- Analyse market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, regulatory, field services) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit timely reports on sales activities and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
What We Expect
- A bachelors degree in Biomedical Science, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Working experience within diagnostic sales experience, ideally with exposure to public hospital segments.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and margin targets for diagnostic capital equipment and consumables.
- Experience in delivering professional education or training to healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of laboratory cytology, molecular diagnostics, and clinical workflow is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team.
- Accountability, initiative, and a commitment to compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
