About the job (Senior) Sales Executive - Medical Devices

  • Deliver business results in terms of sales target and market share with effective strategic planning
  • Review, analyze, and propose sales territory plans with innovation and new approaches to identify and pursue opportunities for business development
  • Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration while achieving results based on division objectives
  • Have strong relationship with KOL and HCP in Hospital experience and knowledge and compliance mindset
  • Prepare Marketing Material for sales and Marketing purpose
  • Regular reporting on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.
  • Be responsible for handling product quality complaint and adverse event / safety reporting base on company procedures and to effectively communicate customers' inquiry.
  • Ensure compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily operation.
  • Perform any additional tasks as reasonably requested by superior(s).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or above, major in Health Care or Diagnostic related field or related field
  • Experience of 3+ years sales (sales Engineer) experience in medical device / healthcare industry is definite advantage
  • Excellent business sense with sales-oriented approach and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to interacts with functional peer groups and maintain good relationship with external parties
  • Aggressive, intelligent, responsible, independent and outgoing
  • Hard working attitude with good communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as required
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (oral, written and comprehension)
