About the job Business Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned client base and product portfolio, regularly monitor sales forecast and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue.
- Work closely with Internal divisions (Pharma Marketing Divisions, Management office, IT. etc) to establish the necessary sales enablement protocols, processes and tools required.
- Drive and enable new business opportunities by exploding to new clients based on information shared by Head Quarters.
- Manage pricing, credit control activities among allocated clients.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years sales and / marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven sales track record, experience of handling a sales team, creating winning sales strategies, and delivering the numbers.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to persuade at all levels across internal and external stakeholders.
- A recognized Bachelor's degree; preferably in Life Sciences, Business Management or Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
