As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights and reliable reports that support critical decision-making across the entire healthcare supply chain. This mid-level position offers a great balance of technical depth and business impact, with a flexible hybrid model requiring only two days per week in the office — available from both Porto and Lisboa.
PROJECT & CONTEXT
You'll be embedded in a project team, working closely with existing reporting systems and databases to build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that serve healthcare institutions daily. Your work will involve writing complex queries, developing Power BI dashboards, and working with JasperReports to ensure data consistency and quality across the organization. Given the critical nature of the healthcare sector, attention to detail and data accuracy are essential. You'll need to interpret requirements from existing reports, maintain autonomy in your day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with the broader team to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience writing complex queries
- Solid knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL, including experience with procedures and packages
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI
- Experience with JasperReports for reporting development and maintenance
- Ability to work with existing systems and reports, interpreting and translating requirements accurately
- Strong attention to detail with focus on data quality and consistency
- Mid-level experience in a data analyst or reporting role
- Autonomous working style with ability to integrate smoothly into a project team
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Available for a hybrid model with 2 days per week in office (Porto or Lisboa)
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise reporting systems
