PROJECT & CONTEXT

This role centers on guiding the delivery of a comprehensive integration programme involving APIs, middleware, data pipelines, and third-party system connections. You'll facilitate Agile delivery within cross-functional teams working on technically complex challenges that require strong coordination across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and platforms. The programme demands a delivery leader who can bridge technical and business perspectives, anticipate risks through understanding of system architectures, and maintain high velocity in a fast-paced environment. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring smooth collaboration between product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders while driving continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

Certifications & Agile Expertise:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience facilitating Agile delivery methodologies
• Deep knowledge of Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Track record of fostering high-performing Agile cultures within cross-functional teams

Technical Delivery Management:

• Strong technical acumen to understand system dependencies, data flows, and architectural constraints
• Experience working closely with architects, engineers, and technical specialists
• Ability to anticipate technical risks and proactively mitigate delivery challenges
• Capability to understand technical discussions and translate them for non-technical stakeholders

Tools & Reporting:

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for sprint management and delivery tracking
• Experience maintaining delivery dashboards, sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and KPIs
• Strong backlog management skills ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with sprint goals

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to facilitate clear communication of delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
• Experience supporting planning sessions, roadmap discussions, and cross-team alignment

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Hands-on experience with integration delivery across APIs, middleware, and data pipelines

• Understanding of high-level system design and architectural patterns
• Experience in integration-focused programmes or transformation initiatives
• Additional Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM II, or similar)
• Experience with both Azure DevOps and Jira platforms
• Background in technical roles prior to moving into delivery leadership
