Please note that this is a remote position but it requires the candidate to be based in Portugal.


What you'll actually be doing:

This is an entry-level role for recent graduates seeking to launch their careers in the commercial side of recruitment and IT services. You won't be making coffee or "shadowing" for 6 months. You'll be in the middle of the action from day 1, learning by doing. You'll work as a bridge between our recruitment team and clients, learning how to evaluate candidates, understand business needs, and support decisions that close hires (and generate revenue).

Your day-to-day:

  • Learn how commercial proposals work - pricing logic, margins, and what makes clients say yes
  • Work directly with clients - communicate throughout recruitment processes, track feedback, manage follow-ups
  • Evaluate candidate fit - analyze profiles from both technical and business perspectives
  • Support deal-closing - prepare candidate presentations and proposals that lead to placements
  • Analyze what works - review results to understand what closed deals and what didn't
  • Manage multiple processes - with mentorship from senior team members as you build confidence

What we're looking for in you:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar (completed)
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

More important than anything:

  • Quick thinker
  • Interest in understanding how commercial decisions impact pricing and revenue
  • Strong communication skills and ability to structure information clearly
  • Comfort working with numbers, data, and basic financial logic
  • Proactive attitude - you want to learn, take ownership, and grow in a commercial role

Selection Process: 

  • Phase 1 - 1 minute Video
  • Phase 2 - Careers Team Interview
  • Phase 3 - Final Interview with Head of Business, for final validation and hiring decision.
