Dynamics 365 CRM Developer - Hybrid Porto (1-2days/week office)

PROJECT & CONTEXT
You'll be working within an enterprise CRM environment built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, developing and extending CRM solutions across sales, customer service, and relationship management processes. You'll collaborate closely with technical and architecture teams to design, build, and maintain custom D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, coding standards, and data governance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in enterprise environments
• Strong experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and business logic in C#/.NET for Dataverse
• Proficiency building and extending Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate flows
• Solid experience with Dataverse: entity/table design, relationships, security roles, and data migrations
• Experience with the D365 SDK, Web API, and integrations via custom connectors, Azure Functions, or middleware
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side scripting and form customisation
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar) for CI/CD, solution packaging, and version control (ALM)
• Ability to perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning on CRM solutions in production
• Experience integrating D365 with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
• Strong documentation skills — technical design documents, code documentation, and deployment guides
• English B2 or above — required for daily communication in an international environment
• Based in Portugal, available for hybrid work in Porto 2–3 days/week

Compensation: €1600–€2000/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
