Digital Tracking & Measurement Specialist (GTM/GA4) - Full Remote Portugal
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the Portugal team of Switzerland's largest private telecommunications operator — second largest overall in the country — working at the intersection of data, digital product, and commercial growth. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about data quality and understands that reliable tracking is the foundation of every good marketing and product decision. You'll have direct influence on measurable sales performance across high-traffic digital platforms used by millions of Swiss customers.
Language: English B2 minimum | Level: Junior–Mid | Location: Portugal-based, fully remote
PROJECT & CONTEXT
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional environment spanning Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and quality-assuring digital tracking across web and mobile platforms. The work directly supports online sales initiatives, customer segmentation, and experimentation — making measurement accuracy a commercial priority, not just a technical exercise.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience ensuring data quality, tracking integrity, and measurement reliability across multiple vendors including Google Ads, Facebook, and others
- Ability to perform QA on tracking implementations against defined measurement standards
- Comfortable maintaining tracking documentation, event taxonomies, and data dictionaries for governance and consistency
- Able to work effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders, translating measurement concepts across audiences
- English B2 or above — required for daily collaboration with Swiss and international teams
- Based in Portugal, available to work fully remotely

- Background in telecommunications, subscription businesses, or high-volume digital commerce environments
- Python or scripting experience for tracking automation or data validation
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of customer journeys and commercial activation across digital and assisted channels
