PROJECT & CONTEXT

You will act as a Data Product Owner / Business Analyst, working at the intersection of business and data teams.

Your main responsibility will be to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, defining KPIs, structuring reporting requirements, and supporting the development of dashboards and data products.

You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D), ensuring that data insights are tailored to different audiences and aligned with business goals. The technical environment includes modern data platforms and tools such as Power BI, Databricks, and AWS, within a cloud-based ecosystem.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in data-driven environments
  • Strong experience working with Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data visualization)
  • Proven ability to define KPIs and translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders across different domains (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D)
  • Good understanding of data ecosystems and data platforms (e.g., Data Lakes, ETL processes)
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to structure requirements clearly for technical teams (data engineers, developers)
  • Fluent English (minimum B2)

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

  • Experience with Databricks and Data Lake architectures
  • Exposure to AWS cloud environments
  • Familiarity with .NET ecosystems
  • Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright
  • Experience in data product ownership or analytics-driven product environments
  • Background in highly regulated or complex industries
  • Experience working with distributed teams
