Lead Product Manager (Billing/Monetization, B2B SaaS) - Full Remote EU (Infrastructure Domain Experience Required)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a leading international technology company operating in the web infrastructure and hosting ecosystem, delivering high-impact products used by businesses globally. This is a strategic opportunity to join a mature product organization and take ownership of mission-critical monetization and billing systems that directly impact revenue at scale.
This role is ideal for a senior product leader who thrives in complex, backend-driven environments and has a strong track record of shipping revenue-generating products in B2B SaaS or infrastructure domains.
PROJECT & CONTEXT
You will lead the evolution of a global billing, licensing, and commercial platform, supporting a portfolio of infrastructure products such as server management tools and hosting platforms.
The environment is highly technical and involves:
- Subscription and usage-based billing models
- Licensing systems (per server, per instance, per domain)
- Partner and reseller monetization flows
- API-driven architecture (REST APIs, microservices)
- Integration with payment platforms (e.g. Stripe API v2023-10, Adyen Checkout API v68)
This is not a feature-focused role — you will work on core systems that enable how products are sold, billed, and scaled globally, often across multi-tier distribution models.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management roles
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or infrastructure products (hosting, cloud, networking, or similar domains)
- Strong background in billing, payments, subscriptions, or monetization systems
- Demonstrated experience shipping products end-to-end (from discovery to launch and adoption)

Experience working with:
- subscription billing platforms
- licensing models (usage-based, seat-based, server-based)
- backend/API-driven systems (REST APIs, microservices architecture)
- Solid understanding of partner/reseller ecosystems and multi-tier pricing models
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum)
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)
- Experience in web hosting, control panels, or infrastructure platforms
- Familiarity with payment gateways and providers (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal APIs)
- Knowledge of global billing constraints (VAT, invoicing compliance, multi-currency systems)
- Experience with pricing strategy and packaging optimization
- Technical background or strong ability to work with engineering teams on backend systems
- Exposure to Kubernetes (v1.27+), Docker (v24+), or cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Experience in high-scale B2B environments with partner distribution models
