ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fully remote opportunity based in Portugal, with occasional travel (0–15%) depending on project and client needs, offering the chance to work on customer-facing mobile experiences at scale within a team that values empathy, self-organization, and bold thinking.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll join a cross-functional product team, co-owning discovery alongside Product Managers and Product Owners to deeply understand customer problems and business goals. Your work spans the full design lifecycle — from research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI — using established design systems to simplify complex user journeys. Close collaboration with developers and clients is central to the role, requiring clear articulation of design rationale to diverse stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• Fluent English (spoken and written), for daily communication with international stakeholders and clients
• Senior-level experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record on customer-facing mobile apps
• Strong, confident communicator able to explain design thinking and insights across the organization
• Collaborative team player who actively seeks and gives constructive feedback
• Highly proficient in Figma, with strong file hygiene, naming conventions, versioning, and component usage
• Solid grounding in UI, interaction, and visual design, with hands-on experience in usability testing and journey mapping
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Experience designing within complex, regulated, or high-stakes app environments such as travel, banking, or fintech

Compensation: €1,800 – €2,500/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
