Senior Developer & Administrator (Power Platform/Azure DevOps) - Full Remote Portugal

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a strategic consulting engagement offering a unique blend of development and administration responsibilities across Microsoft's Power Platform and Azure DevOps ecosystems. You'll be working directly with a key client, playing a central role in building, maintaining, and optimizing mission-critical business solutions. This fully remote position based in Portugal provides the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country while contributing to high-impact projects that leverage the latest Microsoft technologies. Given the urgency of this engagement, an early start date within 10 days is a priority — making this an excellent opportunity for professionals ready to hit the ground running.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll be the go-to technical expert for both developing solutions and administering the underlying platforms that support them. Your day-to-day will involve enhancing business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate, while simultaneously managing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines that keep everything running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with IT support and development teams to ensure platform stability, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. Participation in Agile ceremonies and thorough documentation of technical processes will be integral to your role, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• 6+ years of experience in development and administration roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proven expertise in Power Platform administration: Power Apps and Power Automate
• Solid experience in Azure DevOps pipeline creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to design and implement CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps
• Proven troubleshooting skills across Power Platform and Azure DevOps environments
• Experience working in hybrid environments and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD best practices
• IT support experience with a focus on platform stability and performance
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2 Upper Intermediate minimum)
• Ability to document technical processes, support activities, and development work
• Available to start within 10 days

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Experience with Azure Function Apps and Azure Service Bus
• Knowledge of Azure Administration and broader Azure ecosystem
• Power Platform CLI expertise for advanced platform management
• PowerShell scripting capabilities for automation and administration
• ITIL process knowledge and experience
• Deep development experience specifically on Power Platform
• Experience working with strategic client engagements or enterprise-level environments
