ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a major Swiss telecommunications provider at the forefront of digital transformation and commercial performance optimization. As a Digital Growth Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial performance, experimentation, and data usage — designing and implementing data-driven initiatives that directly improve sales conversion, revenue, and customer value. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you'll translate insights into live use cases, shape how data is used within analytics environments, and enable rapid testing and activation across sales channels. With full remote flexibility from Portugal, you'll directly influence sales performance and work on initiatives that drive real business value at scale across digital and assisted channels.
PROJECT & CONTEXT
You'll design and implement data-driven initiatives that improve conversion, targeting, and sales performance across multiple channels. Your work involves translating insights into actionable segments, prioritization logic, and activation workflows that go live immediately. You'll create and manage analysis-ready datasets and queries in BigQuery to support analysis, experimentation, and activation, while leveraging AI-driven outputs (predictions, scores, segments) to enhance targeting and sales performance. A/B testing will be central to your role — you'll define test frameworks, control groups, and measurement approaches that enable rapid iteration. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential as you embed data-driven logic into live customer journeys, identify opportunities to improve commercial impact, and ensure data reliability and fitness for purpose.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in growth, commercial analytics, or experimentation-focused roles
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into actions that improve conversion, revenue, or customer outcomes
- Strong hands-on experience working with data using SQL and BigQuery to support analysis and experimentation
- Deep understanding of experimentation and optimization: A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Ability to design and manage analysis-ready datasets and queries
- Experience defining audiences, prioritization logic, and requirements for activation across sales channels
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities for commercial impact
- Collaborative approach to working with sales and marketing teams
- Commitment to data quality, documentation, and ensuring data is fit for purpose
- English proficiency at B2 Upper Intermediate level minimum
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with activation platforms: CDP, CRM, or personalization tools (highly desirable)
- Experience in telecommunications, subscription businesses, or high-volume customer environments
- Exposure to customer data and activation platforms such as Tealium AudienceStream
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, or campaign optimization
- Experience working in cloud-based analytics environments (BigQuery) from usage and analysis perspective
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data exploration or rapid prototyping
- Understanding of customer journeys and multi-channel sales or marketing environments
- Experience leveraging AI-driven outputs for targeting and performance optimization
Languages Required: English (B2 Upper Intermediate minimum)
