A PE backed private leading school in West of Amman , The school is considered one of the largest schools in Jordan. It offers 3 educational programs (National, SAT and IGCSE)
Seeking an accomplished Education operator to join and lead the school team., this person will be accountable for managing and driving performance in in all relevant KPI’s, while also leading the relaunch of quality and rebranding initiatives.
This role requires an exceptional people leader as this organization is all about demonstrating discipline and quality of performance through all employee behaviors and interactions with each other and with students and parents. The inherent value is that we want our graduates to be model citizens with high sense of integrity and discipline.
In addition to her / his strengths in team leadership and change management, this candidate will need excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen should be evident, and she/ he should have the ability to work and liaise across functions to influence and move the business forward. A balance of strategic vision and practical operational understanding is key.
The right person for this role should has a proven track record leading and inspiring others in the private education business. Previous general management experience is a must.

Finally, the right candidate must have a relevant undergraduate degree an MBA is a plus.
