Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within consulting or a related industry (IT for example).
- Energetic with initiative spirit.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
- Hands on experience in Recruitment (sourcing candidates, screening and shortlisting, interviewing, psychometric analysis, etc.).
- Hands on experience in Training (evaluation and selection of training providers, coordinating training courses, online training, etc.).
