Seeking an accomplished F&B operator to join and lead the vision of the company, this person will be accountable for managing and driving performance in in all relevant KPI’s.

This role requires a well experienced aggressive leader to lead this growth phase in Jordan and outside through different forms of expansion.

In addition to her/his strengths in team leadership and management, this candidate will need excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen should be evident, and she/he should have the ability to work and liaise across functions to influence and move the business forward. 

A balance of strategic vision and practical operational understanding is key.

Key responsibilities Operational Management

o   Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the organization are effectively and efficiently coordinated and implemented and conducted within the framework agreed to by the Company’s Board of Directors.
o   Maintaining and operating the outlets according to best international standards.
o   Implement stringent project management processes to ensure the timely and cost effective       development of the key projects undertaken.
o   Strategic plan in coordination with staff and directors.
o   Develop, approve, and implement the business plans of the Company.
o   Supervising and establishing the required marketing and PR to maintain and enhance the Company’s image and the sales power of the outlets.
o   People Management
o   Supervision of Financial aspect of operations

Qualifications
o   Culinary degree is preferred but not necessary
o   Deep knowledge of the food industry
o   Leading, motivating and inspiring teams
o   Good communication and management skills
o   Reading, analyzing and understanding Financial Statements
o   Expanding & Opening New Markets
o   Running Multi Locations Company
