Job Specifications

  • Knowledge of Windows server and PC OS.
  • Basic knowledge of Networks and related troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP systems and related troubleshooting.
  • Openness to learning new technologies and systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support end users regarding their hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Support and manage Aspire IT Infrastructure, including maintenance and patching.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors as required.
  • Install, Move, Add or change user setups as needed.
  • Any additional tasks as assigned by IT manager.
  • Available for support on weekends in case of emergency.
