Job Specifications
- Knowledge of Windows server and PC OS.
- Basic knowledge of Networks and related troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP systems and related troubleshooting.
- Openness to learning new technologies and systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Support end users regarding their hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Support and manage Aspire IT Infrastructure, including maintenance and patching.
- Coordinate with third party vendors as required.
- Install, Move, Add or change user setups as needed.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by IT manager.
- Available for support on weekends in case of emergency.
