Responsibilities


The marketing Manager is expected to;


  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities,
  • improve brand recognition and deliver consistent marketing messages in line with company objectives through effective online and offline marketing channels.
  • Develop, manage and execute an integrated annual marketing plan.
  • Define and implement product roadmaps and Provide direction for brand presence across all touch points.
  • Define and develop Go-to-Markets strategy and collateral.
  • Assist in guiding and creation of marketing material, digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent and appropriate brand management and corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop customer care plan, potential customers' needs and the company’s revenue forecast.
  • Develop KPIs for all marketing tactics to empower revenues and to help in prioritization of activities and budget.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and the effectiveness of marketing communications against intended goals.

Minimum Job Qualifications


  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years proven marketing experience, market knowledge;.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and winning large accounts.
  • Creative project portfolio.
  • Can communicate easily with external service providers.
  • Strong marketing, negotiating and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in applying a process-oriented, marketing methodology to increase market share.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, fluent in Arabic & English is a MUST.
