Youll have full creative ownership, working closely with founders and product teams to test fast, iterate smarter, and push boundaries with emerging tech. Responsibilities

  1. Design strategic user interfaces and workflows, working closely with founders, product leadership, and developers to align UX with business goals and create delightful user experiences.
  2. Create compelling static and interactive mockups, while also documenting and maintaining the products information architecture for clear navigation and structure.
  3. Conduct rapid prototyping and testing, gathering insights and iterating designs to meet the highest standards of quality for a global user base.
  4. Plan and execute user research, surveys, and usability tests to gain deep understanding of user behavior and pain points.
  5. Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, identifying new design possibilities that could transform the product experience.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in mobile product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
  2. Advanced UI skills and mastery of tools like Figma or Framer, demonstrating a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency.
  3. Technical understanding that enables seamless collaboration with developers and awareness of implementation constraints.
  4. User research expertise, including planning and conducting usability testing, surveys, and A/B experiments to inform design decisions.
  5. Growth mindset and passion for UX, with a continuous drive to learn, adapt, and deliver exceptional user-centered experiences.
