About job

We are looking for a Windows Systems & Cloud Administrator to help manage and secure our Microsoft-based infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining the performance, stability, and security of systems that support live broadcast operations and digital media platforms.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Support and maintain a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
• Manage Windows servers, virtualization, and Microsoft services
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability
• Contribute to security, patching, and access management
• Assist with backup, recovery, and data protection processes
• Help troubleshoot incidents and maintain operational continuity

Environment

• 300+ virtual machines
• High-availability systems for live broadcasting
• Large volumes of sensitive media data
• Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, AD, Azure, etc.)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft on-prem and cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Hyper-V
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
