About the Role
A growing Japanese food import startup is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations.
The company imports popular Japanese food products and distributes them to grocery retailers. After successfully building its foundation in its first year, the company is now entering an exciting growth phase!

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership in a startup environment and help establish operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for retail clients
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English and Japanese or Chinese required
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience required
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Food industry experience is a plus!
• Forklift certification is a plus!
  

Work Hours and Location

• Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:30 PM)
• Secaucus, NJ（in-person）

Compensation
　$55,000-$70,000/year (depending on experience)
