Summary
We are a growing distributor of popular and affordable Japanese cosmetics and lifestyle products, seeking a Route Sales Driver to support and expand our loyal retail customer base. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and long-term relationships with our retail partners across the US.


About the Role
We are seeking an English and Japanese or Chinese bilingual Route Sales Representative to manage delivery routes and client relationships in the Northern California area. This is a client-facing role focused on relationship management, product delivery, and merchandising. As this position will be managed independently, we are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, organized, and confident in time management.


Key Responsibilities

• Introduce new products and support merchandising
• Arrange product displays and shelf organization
• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory and logistics
• Maintain effective communication with stores and internal teams
• Handle basic data entry and create customer-related documents

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin)
• Valid U.S. driver's license (It's a plus if you enjoy driving!)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  

Work Location
This position is primarily based in San Jose. Regular business travel to San Mateo, Oakland, Cupertino, and the San Francisco area is required, with occasional trips to Sacramento.

*Initial training (approximately 1.5 months) will take place at our headquarters in Irwindale, CA. (Accommodation subsidy is available).


Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  

Compensation

• Starting: $25$28/hour (during probation)
• After probation: $60,000$70,000/year (depending on experience)
