| Key Responsibilities |

・Customer support and inquiry handling
・Order processing and data entry
・Assisting with internal system operations and maintenance
・Coordinating with internal teams and external partners

| Qualifications |

・Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
・Fluent Japanese/English required
・Detail-oriented and organized
・Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks
・Interest or experience in IT/systems is a plus!

・Monday–Friday (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
・Gardena, CA (On-site)

| Compensation & Benefits |

・$45,000 - $48,000 /annual (DOE)
