Administrative Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual (Part-time)

30 hours between M-F 9:00am-6:00pm
Job Summary
We are an expanding international brand known for car re-selling and are now seeking a new Japanese English bilingual to join the U.S. headquarters! Youll work closely with a small and collaborative team, handling a wide variety of administrative tasks that support the companys operations nationwide. If you enjoy supporting others and working in a friendly, tight-knit team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
・HR administration (onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, time tracking, etc.)
・General office operations (supplies management, internal coordination, documentation, etc.)
・Accounting support tasks
・Occasional communication with external vendors and partners in English, etc.
Qualifications
・Fluent in Japanese; business-level English communication skills.
・Comfortable with multitasking and communicating with diverse teams.
・Previous experience in Japanese companies or bilingual admin roles is a plus.
・Valid U.S. work authorization
Work Schedule
・Part Time: 30 hours between Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour break)
・Days Off: Weekends + company-designated holidays
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $21.00-25.00/hr
