We are an expanding international brand known for car reselling. Join our team as a Bilingual Sales Support! This is an administrative and customer support role, perfect for someone who enjoys being organized, friendly, and helpful.

You'll be the welcoming face of our showroom, while also working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

Responsibilities for Japanese Bilingual Sales Support

・Welcome customers when they visit the store

・Prepare and manage paperwork for car purchases and trade-ins

・Make appointments for car maintenance or inspections

・Support the sales team with simple office tasks

Qualifications for Japanese Bilingual Sales Support

・Valid driver's license (driving record submission required)

・Fluent in Japanese

・Basic Excel & Word proficiency

・Strong teamwork and a friendly, professional attitude

Work Schedule for Japanese Bilingual Sales Support

・Part-Time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour break)

・Expected hours: 30 hours per week

* Days off and work shifts are negotiable.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $15 - $18 per hour *depends on experience
