Registered Nurse (Post-Op)

About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (Post-Op) to join a well-established Japanese-language outpatient endoscopy center in Torrance, California.

This position is ideal for an experienced RN who values patient-centered care and enjoys working in a calm outpatient setting. The role primarily involves post-anesthesia patient monitoring and recovery care following endoscopic procedures.

This opportunity may be especially suitable for nurses seeking supplemental or part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients during post-anesthesia recovery
• Observe vital signs and patient condition following procedures
• Provide safe and attentive post-operative nursing care
• Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff
• Document patient status and recovery progress accurately
• Support overall patient flow and clinic operations as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active California RN License
• Previous experience in Post-Op / PACU / Recovery, ER, ICU, or PCU settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small clinical team
• Fluent Japanese language skills are required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Schedule

• Part-time
• Approximately 3–4 shifts per month
• Daytime shifts (approximately 5–6 hours per shift)
• Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
• Torrance, CA (in-person)

Compensation

• $50 - $60/Hourly
