Job Overview
Support the Technical Manager in coordinating all technical aspects of the project, ensuring design submissions, technical documentation, and site queries are properly managed for smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising Technical Engineers in daily tasks & assist Technical Manager in Site Technical Queries and Design Submission.
- Coordinate and review design submissions from consultants, subcontractors, and alternative design proposals.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFI) and resolve technical queries from site and consultants.
- Submission of Design Deliverables for approval.
- Prepare technical method statements and assist in project-related technical documentation and correspondence.
- Distribute drawings, reports, and technical documents to site and HQ teams.
- Attend technical meetings & liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
- Support QA/QC with Inspection Test Plans (ITP), review test results, and coordinate investigations as needed.
- Maintain project registers and ensure proper documentation control.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience; bridge/railway design experience in consultancy is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and engineering software.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented, energetic, and willing to learn.
