To manage and guide a team of Recruitment Consultants and Sourcing Specialists to ensure continuous growth of clientele portfolio and satisfaction of existing clients

Accountabilities:

Team’s deliveries and ensure team is able to achieve above company’s set KPI

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with team members in building and growing company’s clientele portfolio
  • Guide team in handling issues with clients and candidates
  • Inspire team members to achieve their set KPI
  • Work closely with Directors to achieve company’s objective and goals
  • Involve in strategic planning for business directions

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven sales track record in recruitment industry
  • At least 4- 5 years of experience in managing a sales team
  • Able to demonstrate an example to the team
  • Willing to learn and proactive
