About the job Sales Manager

Our client is an established engineering equipment distribution company headquarterd in Singapore with presence in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.  They serve customers in diverse market sectors including agriculture, building & construction, infrastructure, forestry, waste management, transportation & logistic, manufacturing, mining and oil & gas. They are looking for a suitable candidate as Sales Manager to lead the team in Malaysia and the role will report to the Senior Operation Manager. 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead & manage product Sales Team in its entirety.
  • Responsible to develop annual sales target, enabling sales improvement, continuously work on expanding customer base, product mixed development and taking responsibility for the product/ departments performance against sales budget.
  • Review sales report with sales team to analyze sales strategies and identify areas for improvement to boost sales & profit.
  • Collaborate closely with product support team to ensure equipment are well supported with good after sales service.
  • Arrange to get and analyze feedback from customers. 



Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. 
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales.
  • Candidate with experience in sales from construction and property industry will have an added advantage. 
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a team, drive sales target and revenue and effective customer engagement skills are essential for this position. 


Candidate will be commensurated based on a 13th month salary package with over-riding commission including fixed allowance for transportation and handphone is provided.
