Job Responsibilities:
- Data Input: Enter various types of data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Data Verification: Review and audit data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain databases, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and store documents systematically for efficient retrieval when needed.
- Data Cleaning: Identify and resolve discrepancies in data sets to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments or teams to facilitate smooth data exchange and maintain data accuracy across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in data entry, administration, or related fields is preferred
Remuneration
Up to MYR3,000 per month
