Senior Consultant, Innovative Solutions AI/Robotics

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide professional services in innovative solutions by applying technologies such as AI, Robotics, or Manufacturing, etc., and integrated services that align with the Division's strategy to meet market demands and support the development of New Industrialization in Hong Kong, Mainland, and overseas.
• To lead and deliver professional services to achieve annual goals, financial targets, and assigned KPIs.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas.
• To enhance collaborations with industries, associations, professional bodies, and government bureaux to explore new business opportunities, identify and engage clients, and establish a strong reputation and a healthy project pipeline.
• To assist the Unit Head and General Manager in driving new initiatives, undertaking ad-hoc tasks, and collaborating closely with other team leads to accomplish the Division's goals.
• To support project management and handle ad-hoc tasks when required, such as overseeing project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• To occasionally travel to mainland China or overseas for project-related activities, business meetings, and client negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or above in disciplines such as AI, Computer Science, Automation, Intelligent Systems and Control, Mechatronics and Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, with 5 years or more relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning/Deep Learning techniques, algorithms and tools with exposure to CNN, Transformers, Generative AI know-how of Deep learning applications would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in ITF funding project would be highly beneficial, nice-to-have strong business relationship with industries, R&D institutions, and/or government bureaux.
• An in-depth understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Robotics, and AIoT.
• A track record in team management, business development, and technology development related to integrated systems, innovative solutions, robotics, and automation, etc.
• Demonstrated innovative thinking, maturity, self-motivation, willingness to take on challenges, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  

Remuneration:

HKD 45,000 - HKD 48,000
