Our client is a boutique Software House that offers unique IT products and services tailored to your business needs and requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership.
  • Tickets management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Able to work on shift work.
  • Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C# and/or SQL.
  • Excellent writing skills and good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Remuneration:

MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
