Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support our operations team with comprehensive administrative and documentation tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all records related to shipping, inventory, and internal processes are accurately maintained and properly filed. The position does not involve customer interaction or physical handling of shipments; the primary focus is on documentation and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the logistics and documentation team as required.
  • Maintain and update documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Track, log, and organize inventory movement and delivery records
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, internal summaries, and documentation for audits
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems in a structured and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to verify shipment statuses and inventory updates

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage and process data accurately and efficiently
  • Capable of working independently, especially in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in administrative work related to logistics or shipping is not mandatory
  • Good written communication skills and ability to follow standard procedures
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to internal document tracking tools and processes

Remuneration:

MYR 2,500 - MYR 2,800
