About the job Recruitment Consultant (Mandarin)
Job Description:
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
- Research into clients company, competitors and market place
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct interviews, follow-up references and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Fresh graduates and candidates with experience are welcomed to apply.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of recruitment processes
- Experience in candidate sourcing tools and methods is preferred
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Remuneration:
MYR 3,000 - MYR 6,500 basic salary + fixed allowance + Monthly commission
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday | 9.30am - 6.30pm (Flexible)
