About the Company

Our client is a recruitment management office located in PJ. They provide corporate services and talent acquisition of permanent, contract and temporary positions in legal / property development sectors. They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant in recruitment & hiring responsibilities.

Job Description

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for all branches, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Familiar with the platform for job advertisement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Remuneration

  • RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 (based on experience)
