We are looking to add to our Power Team: A Video Editor who has a natural eye for design, color and possess the skill to turn ideas into create captivating video content that effectively resonates with our target people.
Job Responsibility
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conceptualization to final video editing, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Create and edit videos for various purposes, such as promotional videos, meta advertisements, tutorials for different platforms e.g website, social media, event videos
- Assist team in developing and executing communications and storyboard plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts and video storyboards that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Be prepared to attend and support company events as videographer or in other capacity.
- Optimize video content for social media platforms. Select and manipulate images, audio, and video footage to create compelling visuals and cohesive video content.
- Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines and maintaining a unified visual style across all designs, videos and presentations.
- Open to supporting other responsibilities and ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in video editing, capable of independent and efficient project completion
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Knowledge of other video editing and design software will be a plus, no judgements, as long as quality work is produced
- Willing to learn and able to accept criticism and feedback
- Willingness to learn and develop marketing sense skills
- Creative and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through
- Strong sense of rhythm, color adjustment, and seamless transitions for high-quality video output
- Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, XHS, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin
- Portfolio of past work & work experience are the primary determining factors
- Competitive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks, ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
Remuneration:
Up to MYR 4,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday | 10am - 7pm
