About the Company

Our client is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer and is also one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Manage job postings and maintain the manual applicant tracking record to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires, including facilitating orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting candidates across various levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration:

  • up to RM5,500
