About the Company

Our client is a Specialist Contractor that specialized in pre-stressing works for bridges, high rise buildings and prestressed structures. They are looking for suitable, qualified and dynamic individuals to join them for the following positions.

Job Responsibilities

  • General administration duties etc.
  • Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
  • Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
  • Training, onboarding and supervising junior clerks
  • Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments
  • Experience in logistics is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

  • SPM/STPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Remuneration

  • MYR 2,000 - MYR 2,800
