General Manager (Telco)

• Responsibilities:
  
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive profitability, enhance operational efficiency, and position the Company for sustainable growth.
    
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive business plans across all departments.
    
  • Oversee the full company Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
    
  • Collaborate with division managers to craft and execute business strategies, solidifying the Company's position as a leader in the Telecommunications and ICT industry.
    
  • Drive achievement of margin contribution targets, revenue goals, and expense commitments, while ensuring project profitability.
    
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and innovation.
    
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers to sustain and expand market presence.
    
  • Support and facilitate ramp-up activities for projects and businesses in Malaysia.
  Qualifications:
  
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.
    
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless communication and ICT sectors, including the functional roles of various business models.
    
  • Experience with Power Solutions and Telecommunication infrastructure/installation/IBC is advantageous.
    
  • Proven track record of business development and management, with a keen understanding of profit and loss dynamics.
    
  • Familiarity with key financial concepts and the ability to assess an organization's financial health through Balance Sheet and Income Statement analysis.
    
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding business productivity and profit targets.
    
  • Additional expertise in Power Systems, WiFi, Broadband Networks, Data Centers, and ICT solutions is a plus.
