About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our growing team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs.
  • Recruit and hire new sales personnel.
  • Manage the sales budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Good command in English.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
