Overview:

Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media/Paid Ads Specialist with a strong focus on social media ads such as Facebook Ads, Google/YouTube ads and Tiktok ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and TikTok, collaborating with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.

2) Ad Creation and Optimization:
Create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

3) Audience Targeting:
Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and utilize insights to refine targeting strategies, ensuring ads reach the right demographics.

4) Budget Management:
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while monitoring daily and monthly spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

5) Analytics and Reporting:
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, utilizing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

6) A/B Testing:
To optimize campaign effectiveness, implement A/B testing for ad elements such as headlines, visuals, and ad copy.

7) Stay Informed:
To ensure campaigns remain competitive, stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing successful Facebook Ads, Google/YouTube ads and TikTok ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms, analytics tools, and ad management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.
  • Familiar with WordPress and black-hat technologies would be bonus.
