Job Responsibilities

Business Metrics

  • Managing operating departmental budgets and costs
  • Accountable for net sales/EBIT/headcount responsibility, where applicable

General

  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
  • Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
  • Explore any opportunities of new products or product expansion; manage the contract renewal process
  • Take necessary actions to resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints
  • Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
  • Act as front-line representative with the client management team to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating to senior management as appropriate
  • Act as a representative to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams

Leadership

  • Manage and oversee teams delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Client Management and behaviors to achieve team/function goals
  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Client Management and behaviors as part of continuous learning


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role and 2 years experience in a managerial capacity
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Remuneration

  • RM 6,500 - RM 9,000
