Job Responsibilities: 

  • Leading General Trade (GT) team in achieving group sales target
  • Assisting team in sales target, customers inquiries, collection and other sales related issue
  • Come out with business strategy, evaluate current business performance, maximizing business reach and potential.
  • Explore and open new distribution market and accounts within malaysia
  • Identify business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients/distributors.
  • Negotiating business contract and closing deals
  • Follow up new business opportunities
  • Conduct and coordinate market research / opportunity assessment, compiling the information and make recommendation to management
  • Retain existing customers and renew contracts
  • Building long term relationship with existing dealers and distributors
  • Identify opportunities for greater profits
  • Submit reports and representing GT group in HOD
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as been assigned

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the general trade sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Preferably from FMCG background, with an understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events and etc

Remuneration:

  • Up to MYR 7,000 + Incentive
