The company owns subsidiaries in Chongqing, Zhejiang with offices around the globe in places such as the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and now in Malaysia.

Job Description

This is a full-time on site role as HR and administrator. The role requires handing a wide range of administrative and HR tasks ,including managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and benefits coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a proven track record of executing HR strategies.

  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding 
  • Coordinate training programs to ensure employees receive necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR function and the organization

Requirements 

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a Related field.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin language
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, benefits coordination, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Remuneration

MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
