Job Description

Our client is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer and is also one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, events and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Develop and maintain filing system.
  • Maintain confidential department files/records.
  • Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Handle other administration duties.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detailed-oriented and organized.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin.
  • Able to travel for meetings.

Remuneration:

  • RM4,000 - RM6,000
