Job Description :

  • Creating differentiation of milk product market from mainstream milk market
  • Developing market potential for Malaysia and international markets.
  • Understand consumer need and business potential for any new products through market research, consumers, customers and competitor insight and analytics.
  • Analyse the consumers insights by markets on suitable channel and pricing
  • Creating and co-creating brands with Brand Team
  • Designing communication process with brand
  • Craft Milk Demand Roadmap considering volume growth projection for existing and new business
  • Designing route to market strategy with relevant teams and potentially building RTM execution team
  • Collaborate with relevant team on product launches
  • Establish and maintain an effective and solid financial infrastructure which expedites commercial decisions, protects resources and promotes self-governance.
  • Provide value added analysis to Commercial teams for pricing decisions, brand investments, trade spending and asset investments e.g. the selling price, margin and channel strategy
  • Establish and maintain a financial model to compute scenarios to support decision making
  • Lead in the preparation of ABP & monthly estimates. Bridge differences between targets set by Corporate and projections derived by Commercial team.Steward in following team to provide value-added information for decision making and effective investment:

i.Financial Planning & Analysis team

ii. Sales/Trade Finance team

iii.Brand/Commercial Spending team

iv.Price Management

Remuneration:

Up to MYR 18,000 + MYR 1,200 (Flexible Benefit) + 13th Month Bonus + Performance Bonus
