Our client is one of the largest integrated solutions providers of medical equipment, supplies and services in Asia operating across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. They have an extensive distribution network covering various healthcare institutions including government and private hospitals, day surgery centers, specialist and primary care clinics, laboratories and nursing homes. In line with its expansion program in the region, our client now successfully operates in 6 markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Responsibilities

1) Recruitment

  • Act as the functional expert and consultant to business units on all recruitment strategies and best practices to meet recruitment goal.
  • Responsible for the development sourcing plan and building sustainable talent pipeline across business units.
  • Understand and constantly review of the sourcing channels mix that deliver optimum recruitment results.
  • Manage the day-to-day and the delivery of an effective end-to-end recruitment process, from screening, interviewing, shortlisting, job offer and onboarding of new hires.
  • Responsible to plan and organize in-country major recruitment campaigns and programs, i.e., targeted recruitment events, open house, career fairs, employee referral programs, mass hiring plan, for better hiring outcomes.
  • Monitor the recruitment performance metrics and constantly look at possible ways to reduce cost of hire and time to hire.
  • Provide market research and mapping for the ongoing and new recruitment requirements.

2) On-Boarding

  • Responsible to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner and provides guidance to hiring managers to integrate new hires into the company.
  • Responsible for the implementation of in-country New Hires Onboarding and Orientation Program to make sure that all onboarding activities are completed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Create and maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular reports on progress to management.
  • Responsible to administer the 3-steps New Hires Pulse Survey to ensure
    positive and memorable experience for New Hires

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in related field with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the similar capacity.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and communicate effectively with all
    levels of employees
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum
    delivery result.
  • Must possess the highest professional and personal standards, unquestioned integrity and business ethics.


Remuneration

MYR 4,000 -  MYR 7,000
