Our client is a well known gloabl leading automotive brand and they are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Network  Development & Transformation Manager to drive the implementation of future Network Strategy for the brand. 

1. Develop the current and future Network strategy for  the Brand. 

2. Prepare and provide guidance on the network representation format in line with the company vision

3. Responsible in the total Network Governance in the following areas: 

  • Dealership Appointment & Termination
  • Dealership Relocation
  • Dealership Expansion
  • Dealership Agreement
  • Dealership Due Diligence
  • Dealer Remuneration Package
  • Dealer Network Compliance
  • Dealer Audit (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc)
  • Dealer Profitability Assessment
  • Dealer Network Performance
  • Dealer performance review
  • Customer Journey Implementation
  • Sustainability Initiatives

4. Driving transformation initiatives within the dealer network that will enable a higher efficiency in productivity, increased higher revenue and customer satisfactioni. 

5.Responsible for development and roll-out of all value chain businesses

6.Responsible for planning and execution of Training & Development for internal & external stakeholders

7. Ensuring timely and accurate reports within area of responsibility.


Job Requirements: 

1. Minimum a Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering  or equivalent

2. Relevant experienced in the automotive industry is desired. 

3. This role requires someone who is highly strategic and possess a strong leadership quality. 

4. Able to work in a team and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. 

5. Good in project management, excellent presentation skills, sound business and finance acumen.
