About the Company

Our client is a leading supplier of high performance test contacting solutions in the global semiconductor industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to increase sales in the assigned territory (central to northern Malaysia, China and Taiwan) and act as first level of application support to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Increase sales in assigned territory by providing technical advice on all design & technical related issue to company product and services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4 to 6 years experience in sales and marketing 
  • Willing to travel local & overseas extensively for business activities.
  • Sales & marketing related experience.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing & testing experience will be added advantage.
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance metrics 
  • Communication skill, sense of urgency, willing to learn attitude and work independently
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Remuneration

RM 6,000 to RM 10,000
