Who we want:
We are looking to add to our Power Team: A Graphic Designer who has a natural eye for design, color and possess the skill to turn ideas into design imaginative content that effectively resonates with our target people.
Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop and design a variety of marketing materials including but not
limited to webpage , digital, print (brochures, posters, workbook etc.), and social media
graphics. Maintain, improve and update existing websites and other artwork as required - Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent
look and feel across all platforms. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project
requirements and effectively communicate the desired message. - Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and designs to meet the
needs of various campaigns and projects. - Project Management: Digest brief accurately, manage multiple design projects
simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. - Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to
keep our visual content fresh and relevant.
Requirements and skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- Knowledge of other software will be a plus, no judgements, as long as quality work is produced
- Demonstrate solid graphic design skills and understanding of webpage & social media platforms
- Willing to learn and able to accept criticism and feedback
- Creative and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through
- Good sense of layout, typography and colour harmony
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Portfolio of past work & work experience are the primary determining factors
- Competitive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks, ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday | 10am - 7pm
Remuneration
MYR 3,000 - 6,000 (Based on experience)
